Holiday Shipping - $5 Ground Shipments!
In order to ensure that orders are received in time for Christmas, here is our holiday shipping schedule for orders placed by 1pm CT on the following days:
on Sunday December 13th --> ship Monday, December 14th
on Wednesday December 16th --> ship Thursday, December 17th
on Sunday December 20th --> ship Monday, December 21st
on Tuesday December 22nd --> ship Wednesday, December 23rd
A couple exceptions:
Handmade Truffles: we only ship truffles on Mondays and we need 3 days lead time to ensure we can fulfill your order. The truffles will be unavailable online beginning Friday, December 18th.
Last Minute Orders / Shipping December 23rd: we will only guarantee shipment to addresses in our 1-day delivery area through SpeeDee Delivery or UPS. This covers all of Wisconsin, Minnesota and portions of Iowa and Illinois. Please email us (info@bigwatercoffee.com) if you have questions about when your order can be delivered!
Normal Shipping
We currently ship once a week on Thursdays. We ship UPS to customers in all 50 states or SpeeDee Delivery in Wisconsin, Minnesota and select other destinations in the Upper Midwest. Do you need it faster, or via another carrier or have any other shipping-related request? No problem - just email (info *at* bigwatercoffee.com) or call us (715) 779-9620.
Returns
We are happy to accept returns for any reason. If you aren't happy, we're really not happy. Please contact us if you are not satisfied and we'll make it right.

Availability
There are times when some of our products will be unavailable due to seasonal production cycles (amazingly, coffee is a seasonal product!), shipping delays or just plain bad luck. We will do our best to suggest a similar or comparable flavor.
